If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Please email our customer support team at service@apexrelax.com with:

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions.
Step 2 — Package the Item
After receiving return instructions, please repack the item(s) in their original packaging, including tags, accessories, and any protective materials.
Step 3 — Send the Package
Return packages must be sent only to the address provided by our customer service team.
Unauthorized returns (items sent to any address not approved by us) cannot be processed.
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Items must include all original tags and packaging.

All refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Sleepwear
- Jumpsuits
- Accessories
- Free gifts

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Apexrelax will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not offer freight collect (FTC) or cash-on-delivery return options.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped at no additional cost.

Once the order has shipped, the cancellation must be processed as a standard return.
(Note: We do not charge hidden fees.)
6. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We offer the following exchange options:
- Size exchanges;
- Color exchanges (if available).
If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a return instead.
7. Important Notes

Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Items sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Original shipping fees and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.
Please carefully check your return package before mailing. Apexrelax is not responsible for incorrect items returned.
